Description

SILKOLENE PRO 4 SAE 5W-40 XP is a 4-stroke motorcycle engine oil based on XP Technology. SILKOLENE PRO 4 SAE 5W-40 XP is based on esters and other synthetic base oils with an additive system specific to high-performance motorcycles. XP Technology uses an innovative formulation of low-volatility, highly shear-resistant base oils together with stable esters to achieve increased power, provide maximum engine and transmission protection, reduce oil consumption and improve fuel economy. XP Technology combats engine wear and reduces friction on all critical surfaces both at high temperatures and during cold starts. This FUCHS SILKOLENE PRO 4 SAE 5W-40 XP engine oil uses a balanced formulation to ensure the proper functioning of oil-immersed clutches and other transmission components.

Application

SILKOLENE PRO 4 SAE 5W-40 XP has been formulated to meet the requirements of modern 4-stroke motorcycle engines. SILKOLENE PRO 4 SAE 5W-40 XP is suitable for both air and liquid cooled engines and can be used in on-road and off-road motorcycles. The SILKOLENE PRO 4 XP range comes in six viscosity grades to provide the correct viscosity for most motorcycle engines. SILKOLENE PRO 4 SAE 5W-40 XP is miscible and compatible with conventional, branded motor oils. However, mixing with other motor oils should be avoided to fully benefit from the benefits of this product. A complete oil drain is recommended when changing to SILKOLENE PRO 4 SAE 5W-40 XP.
