- Delivery of Products
Our online store is dedicated exclusively to the delivery of products in Romania, addressing individuals and legal entities, individual and family businesses. At the time of delivery, it is necessary that a person of at least 18 years of age, representing the individual or legal entity, sign for the receipt of the products.
In order to meet your needs, we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Usually, the delivery time is approximately 24 hours from order confirmation. If a product is not in stock, the delivery time may be extended to 3-5 business days.
Delivery is made through recognized courier companies such as Same Day, TNT or Fan Courier. We assure you that the selection of the courier is made responsibly to ensure the best delivery experience. In addition, we inform you that deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.

If human error is found to result in incorrect prices being displayed for our products, we reserve the right to refuse to supply the products at those prices. In such cases, we will communicate the correct price to you prior to delivery.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity (EU Directive 2024/825 & GEO 140/2021)
In accordance with GEO no. 140/2021 and Directive (EU) 2024/825, all products and equipment sold to consumers in the Adventure Riding store (motorcycle equipment, accessories and travel items) benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years from the moment of delivery. The consumer has the right to corrective measures from the seller (repair, replacement or refund) free of charge in the event of any non-conformity occurring during the warranty period.
